Key observations:

British Land produces a strategic dashboard that clearly lays out the Group’s overarching priorities as well as the smaller priorities that fall within these categories. The Group provides tangible examples of what has been achieved for each of the priorities in order to demonstrate how British Land are attempting to meet its overall priorities. In compliance with (3.6-3.9 of) the <IR> Framework, these strategic priorities link to performance measures to show how the group measure it strategy as well as the risk indicators and incentive measures the Group uses to track these. For each of the performance measures, the Group also uses icons to demonstrate whether said performance measure is in any way related to Director’s remuneration, distinguishing between long-term incentive plan and annual incentive award.
