Key observations:

The Report firstly presents a Strategy map where for each perspective (customers, societal, employees, partner, process, financial – which are identified by different colours), the strategic objectives to be achieved “to become the more trusted insurer” are concisely described (p. 25) (4.28 of the International <IR> Framework). Then, for each of these perspectives, the KPIs used to measure performance are disclosed, and a table presents the 2015 targets and their status, and the 2016 targets (4.3 of the International <IR> Framework). A final column provides references to the pages of the Report where more detailed information on the performance for each perspective is provided (p. 26).
