Crown Estate’s strategy section is incorporated into the CEO’s review and as a consequence this allows him to claim ownership of the section. The diagram on page 10 shows how Crown Estate’s vision is linked to the Group’s four-part strategy, the material issues, the KPIs and the key resources and relationships. On the opposite page more detail is provided for each of the four strategic objectives including targets for the following year (in compliance with paragraph 3.5 of the IR Framework) and a summary of performance levels this year. This forward-looking approach reaffirms to stakeholders the direction the Group is heading and underlines Crown Estate’s commitment to improvement.
