Key observations:

After initially identifying the five strategic priorities, Vodacom takes each one in turn to discuss the specific objectives for these priorities supporting the overall '2014 goal'. Within this discussion, Vodacom highlights why each strategic priority is important to the business, the measures used to determine progress and the performance for the year. In addition to this, Vodacom provide a transparent insight into the achievements during the year but also the areas where there was further work to be done, providing a balanced overview.

Finally, Vodacom provides a more detailed review of what the business is specifically doing with the company's stakeholders to 'do more', using case studies to illuminate these areas of progress.
