Key observations:

Rosatom use a matrix to graphically demonstrate the stakeholder engagement programme which the business conducts. By showing how stakeholders impact the business activities of Rosatom and how the company's activity impact stakeholders the reader is able to understand the key groups associated with the business. For each main group of stakeholders Rosatom go onto identify the interests which the stakeholder group has and the types of interaction which the business has with each group thereby demonstrating the responsiveness the business has to stakeholders.
