The diagram on page 8 is a succinct summary of the bank’s value creation process as a part of its business model. The core elements that differentiate the business are briefly discussed to demonstrate the bank’s business model, which is centred on the professional relationship between bank professionals and customers – these are organized into three main categories, on the basis of the different needs. In this context, the report focuses on intellectual and relationship capitals.
