Key observations:

The JSC NIAEP report includes an extensive discussion of the risks and opportunities facing the company.  The table on pages 33-34 identifies key political, ecomonic, technological and social risk factors and states the potential impact(s) of for each.  This introduction sets the stage for a discussion of the company’s risk management system.  With all of this as a background, the company then identifies its strategic risks, using a color-coded graph to reflect the market segments impacted and the type of risk involved.  Table 3 provides further detail for each strategic risk as well as the risk management activities being executed to mitigate these risks.
