Key observations:

Fibria have included a review of the key stakeholders and identify the tools and engagement processes used by the business to communicate with each group. In addition, using the materiality matrix which has been highlighted on pages 14-15 of the Report, Fibria have identified which of the ten priority issues each stakeholder group is most concerned with to provide an insight into both the depth of the business' stakeholder relationships and the stakeholders' areas of focus.
