Key observations:

RSA’s operational review provides details on the company’s performance across the regions in which they operate. Each performance review includes a clear description of the market, a pie chart breaking down the relative size of each product line in the region, and statistics highlighting performance against two of the Group’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Each of the regional reviews features a concise summary of financial performance and includes supporting quantitative information.  Additionally, each summary highlights the regional strategy and features a case study to emphasize programs conducted in the region. At the end of each review is a brief ‘outlook’ section that addresses the short-to-medium-term risks, objectives and expectations for each region.
