Demonstrating a clear balance between both financial and non-financial measures, Nedbank presents the 2012 highlights side-by-side in the opening pages of the Report. Interestingly, the non-financial highlights are split by key stakeholder groups with clear page references to further information. The use of icons to represent the different stakeholder groups is introduced here and these icons are then used throughout the Report to indicate relevant information for the stakeholder groups.
