- The capitals
- Stakeholder relationships
The section on social and relationship capital clearly outlines the strategic priorities achieved throughout the year as well as the key risks, mitigating actions and opportunities. It also highlights the capital’s importance and relevance to strategic priorities and how it impacts on the other capitals, providing connectivity of information. What makes this section stand out is the stakeholder engagement tables. In compliance with 3.12 of the <IR> Framework, the tables provide stakeholders with a concise insight into which stakeholders have been engaged with, how they have been engaged with, the feedback from the engagement as well as the solution in response. Lastly, it demonstrates future orientation by stating what stakeholders can expect from the year ahead.
