Key observations:

Vodacom’s stakeholder engagement table clearly identifies Vodacom’s key stakeholder groups at the top of the page and additionally states why it’s important for Vodacom to engage with these stakeholders. By listing all the different factors that matter to each stakeholder group Vodacom not only demonstrate their commitment to each of their key stakeholder groups but demonstrate that value is not created by or within an organization alone, but created through relationships with others (paragraph 3.11, IR Framework). At the bottom of the table are strategic priority icons connecting stakeholder engagement to strategy. These serve well to highlight the intrinsic link between stakeholder needs and strategic objectives.
