Schiphol provides a ‘management agenda’ which consists of eleven management targets which are derived from the long-term strategic objectives of Schiphol, providing an insight into the Group’s commitment to strategy delivery from the top. Tables are provided to show the objectives which have been achieved by management and the targets which have yet to be met, providing a sense of accountability and transparency. This transparent approach continues into the final table which outlines the targets for the coming year for management, linked to the four strategic elements, to provide a forward-looking insight.
