For each material issue the company outlines its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and against the backdrop of this information sets out its responses and future expectations.
The structure of these sections gives a holistic view of the company’s strategic focus and future orientation and shows which issues impact its ability to create value over time, reflecting paragraph 3.6 of the International <IR> Framework. Information is disclosed about the issues that the company considers have the greatest impact on its ability to create value, reflecting the guiding principle of materiality in paragraph 3.17 of the International <IR> Framework.
