In its 2014 Annual Report, FMO provides insight into how it creates value for its stakeholders by illustrating its business model with an infographic (page 11). The infographic identifies key inputs, activities, FMO differentiating factors and how these translate into value creation for its stakeholders. The report also includes a detailed description of the various elements of the company's business model.

The identified outcomes (development impact, client satisfaction, and financial sustainability) are directly connected to FMO’s strategy and the management of the organization (page 19), thereby providing a more holistic view of its value creating activities.
