Key observations:

On pages 8-9 of the report, RSA describes its business model, highlighting the key inputs, business activities and outputs that create value for its key stakeholders. The business model inputs correspond to several <IR> capitals including financial, intellectual, human, and social and relationship capital.   RSA also highlights the outputs and outcomes of the business model, which combine aspects of financial performance as well as customer retention and societal resilience after disasters.  The table highlights the value created for shareholders, customers and society for each stage of the business model, providing the reader with a clear understanding of the value that the business creates.
