Key observations:

The diagram on page 8 is a succinct summary of the bank’s value creation process as a part of its business model. The core elements which differentiate the business are briefly discussed to demonstrate the bank’s business model, which is centred on the professional relationship between the bank professionals and customers. In this context, the report focuses on intellectual and relationship capitals. The icon at the end of the section is used to navigate the readers to further information.

In addition to the intellectual and relationship capitals, other capitals are introduced alongside the strategic objectives in the value creation process on page 58. This table summarises the contributions of the various capitals. It also serves as a concise overview of Banca Fideuram’s approach to capital management, and how it adapts its capitals in line with the business model.
