As a membership organisation, CIMA’s resources and relationships are core to the business. Within a concise double-page spread, CIMA provides an overview which explains the value the business generates. Initially CIMA outlines the company’s stakeholders which represent the resources on which the company draws and to who are the main beneficiaries of the value which is created.
Within each resource, a brief update on progress is provided and a summary of the key ways in which value is created is given, which gives the reader a broader insight into CIMA’s purpose and impacts.
Presenting this information in the opening pages helps to set the scene and tone for the way in which the business thinks and operates.
