Key observations:

Eurazeo’s 2016 Annual Report demonstrates alignment with the <IR> Framework in a number of areas. In addition to clearly outlining their key stakeholder groups, it has successfully incorporated stakeholders’ views in identifying and determining material issues that matter to the company. According to the section 3.12 of the <IR> Framework, stakeholders provide useful insights into issues that are not only matter to them but also affect the company’s ability to create value. Eurazeo’s report reflects this principle by directly integrating stakeholder expectations into the materiality matrix, which highlights relevant economic, social, environmental and governance challenges and opportunities perceived as priorities by the company and its stakeholders. Connecting important content elements such as stakeholders and materiality also demonstrates its adherence to the framework’s guiding principle of Connectivity of Information (3B).
