Vodacom provides an introduction to the Integrated Report which sets the scene of how the business has responded to feedback from stakeholders in order produce the company's second integrated report.

From the outset Vodacom discusses the company's efforts to ensure the Report focuses on those issues which are most material to stakeholders and as a consequence the five key strategic focus areas are identified in these opening pages of the Report.

The company has also taken steps to ensure the reader gets the most from the Report by providing icons which assist navigation and highlight performance with a simple key.
